What do you think about New York raising State taxes 12%?

I think that it is only the beginning . Retro Tax must be illegal but who can fight it! The courts will only make excuses. Fiscal responsibility is not in the government dictionary any more. Fiduciary responsibility ignored as if it were the Hippocratic code. When the whole problem is over paid bureaucrats looking to create more chaos to further their (dem& rep)drive to totalitarianism(cradle to grave)
