Does this sound like a false ad?? I emailed this lady about a house off craigs list..?

I just googled the address and it a Model home that is all setup in a new sub-division call Liberty Crossing. This woman does on own the home and never has as it still for sale by the builder. I took the virtual tour and it really a nice home but it not for rent its for sale. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!
