My friend lived in uk.14 years .as a aslumskeer no doent recived.visa or indefinite ?

HE has been in uk 14 years and no doent . can he have any ritgh to live or remaind in uk.he was asylumskeer but did not get any anwser for his situation and hes been living as no doent in uk.what can he do?Can he get any right to live in uk .thank you
