Would Liverpool fans blame Gerrard if he left Liverpool to win that elusive EPL winners medal?

Is it not time for Stevie to move on like Shay Given has to a club that will win the EPL title before he is too old. he has given his all to Liverpool but with the crisis in the boardroom. the clubs mounting debts and Rafa losing the plot. Is their anyone that would object to Gerrard going to Chelsea or the Man City project.
