When will my hamster's bloat start to get better?

My hamster was severly constipated, but I put lots of fruits and veggies in her diet as well as a little oatmeal and olive oil. I completely cut out commercial hamster food. I think the diet's been working, it's been 3 days and her constipation has improved a little. But, her bloating hasn't. She is probably twice her normal size. It really is beginning to worry me since it hasn't gotten better. Any suggestions on when it will get better and how?
