I keep having these weird dreams.?

I keep having these dreams about suicide...like every night i dram that either i'm the one dying or someone else is...I can't do anything to stop it. Usually i'm standing there watching...not being able to say or do anything. I can't wake myself up until its over. The other night I had this dream where I came into a room and saw myself laying on the floor with my wrists cut. My sister was standing over me screaming and no one paid any attention to her. They were just walking right over me and walking right past her screams...what does that mean? I've had these every night for the past like month! What could be causing me to have them? They are really morbid and scary!! How do I get them to stop?
