What are the major reasons for the "Poverty"?

Indians... What do you think about this? Our country has well developed and developing more... So many facilities, Technologies, Good political plans... But richers are getting more richers.. But still now.. Poorer people are exist.. They are getting more poorer... Some poor people children are going to school for atleast to get after noon lunch ( Free Lunch)... Which means in Tamil Language ( illavasa sathunavu thittam).... This present should be changed in Future... How to get rid of this poverty? Any problem that haves some solution... What is the solution to this problem?
